Now that you know you wake up as a goddess, it's time to learn how to prepare smallclass that already, just to start off right. Normally you have had your account cakes, chocolate boxes of Christmas have passed, so you can finally take advantage of your resolution to eat healthier this year. As the saying goes, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially because you have not eaten in general for ten hours, logicallyyou should get up hungry. Your body, at that hour of the day needs ... everything! But above all good things, just to recharge.
You will need:
- Your yogurt, cottage cheese favorite (it's better than milk as it contains as much calcium but more nutrients)
- Half an apple
- Half a pear
- Some dried apricots
- A few tablespoons of muesli or rolled oats
- Pine nuts or almonds, or walnuts (previously browned in a pan)
This breakfast not only a pretty face - you must admit, just that you have it in front, andthat's it you feel Clemence Poesy waking in the morning at Chateau Marmont (there isno harm dreaming), but, seriously, you will keep up the lunch hour easy, even for a snack! There is everything from proteins with dairy foods, fibers with fruits, carbohydrates with grains, and (good) fat with nuts!
You will need: a centrifuge! (everyone does not, but you illuminerez your mornings with, word converted, so invest!)
There is a green juice while with lemon, celery, granny smith apple, and a little honey.
Why these ingredients there? The Granny is known for its antioxidant properties - it is not clear whether the "super foods" containing record levels of antioxidants really possess all the virtues that could give them: the fight against oxidation reactions, it would preserve the youthfulness of an organization, keep its cells and help in the fightagainst certain diseases such as cancer or heart disease, but hey, in any event, it is healthy, it should enough to motivate us! In celery you can find plenty of fiber, and, in lemon, vitamin C of course. Honey: it's because it's too good! This cocktail issometimes to really wake up gently, but with tone!
Of course we can do lots of other juices: grapefruit, cucumber, carrot-orange-lemon, avocado pear-spinach-... It's a good idea to take the opportunity to mix fruits and vegetables: vegetables provide less sugar than fruits, but many vitamins! Easy to sacrifice the rule of five fruits and vegetables / day!
You will need:
- 50 grams of flour (standard or full)
- 50 grams of oatmeal or cereal flakes toasted
- 1 large egg (careful, choose the good "outdoors" and / or bio: class 1 or 0!)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds gold
- 1 tablespoon pistachio nuts (or almonds) chopped
Break the egg into a bowl, add honey and stir, adding the flour, cereals, nuts and sesame. Heat a teaspoon of neutral oil (soybean, sunflower) in a pan over low heat andplace the dough to form into patties. Cook on each side, about 2 minutes. Serve withtea and a salad of winter fruits (grapefruit and kiwi here).
Bon appetit!
